This training, held at the Ministry's headquarters, aimed to enhance workplace ethics and efficiency. All ministry staff participated in the event, which was officially opened by the Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, Prof. Mahamoud Mohamed Mahamoud. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of employees maintaining professional ethics, respect, and good conduct, which are essential qualities of a skilled workforce.
The training was conducted by Mr. Nor Abdulle Afrah, Director of Matcofirm, an expert in Human Resource Management and Administration. During the session, Mr. Nor provided an in-depth explanation of employee ethical guidelines, proper workplace behavior, and the significance of creating a positive work environment that fosters productivity.
The participants greatly benefited from the training session, expressing their eagerness to further enhance their knowledge in professional ethics and effective job management.
