We are organizing First Aid training for 25 of our personnel, with the valuable support of the SCAA DG Ahmed Hassan and the Head of Medical Unit Dr. Naima.

This program not only enhances our ability to respond to individual health situations, but also expands our capacity in Public Health Supervision and overall emergency response preparedness.

We had the pleasure of paying a courtesy visit to Director General of the Mogadishu Port Authority, where we also had the opportunity to meet with representatives from Alport.

The visit served as a valuable opportunity to strengthen our relationship and exchange views on the future of logistics and trade in Mogadishu. Among the topics discussed was the importance of intermodal transportation and its potential to enhance supply chain efficiency, facilitate trade, and support Somalia's economic development.

We sincerely thank Director General the Mogadishu Port Authority, and the Alport team for their warm hospitality. We look forward to continued collaboration in supporting the growth of Somalia's logistics sector.

Pleased to welcome CASSOA and regional aviation and public health professionals to Aden Adde International Airport for the Capacity Building Visit.

As air traffic continues to grow across Africa, strengthening preparedness for public health events through cooperation and shared learning is more important than ever.

We continue to enhance coordination with health authorities and key stakeholders, including the implementation of enhanced disinfection procedures this week as part of our preventive measures against Ebola and other communicable diseases at our airport.

New Employment Contracts Signed Under Ministry of Labor Coordination

In line with the updated labor law, our company has successfully signed new employment contracts with a large number of our employees under the coordination of the Ministry of Labor.

Furthermore, for the small group of employees who voluntarily chose to leave the company, all severance and related processes were carried out amicably with the participation of the Ministry’s representative.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve cooling performance within the terminal building, Favori Airports LLC is nearing the completion of a new investment focused on the procurement and installation of brand-new air conditioning units. This project is designed to enhance passenger and staff comfort, improve energy efficiency, and ensure more reliable climate control throughout the terminal facilities.
The installation works are currently in their final stages and will soon be fully completed. This investment reflects our commitment to maintaining high service standards and continuously upgrading airport infrastructure to meet the demands of a modern airport operation.
