Did you know if your CV is just one or two pages at most 3, it makes HR work easier?

Please edit your CV to get higher chances of being shortlisted.

CV has majorly 5 important parts.
1. Personal details
2. Education background
3. Work experience
4. Additional trainings/skills
5. Referees

The other important part you may include after personal details is the summary.

There are many recruitment metrics out there. But if you have to track every single one of them, you'll have no time left to do actual recruiting.

So here are some of the most important ones you should include:

Time to hire to calculate how many days it takes for a candidate to accept an offer once they applied for a job.
Time to fill to track the time it takes to locate and hire new candidates.
Applicants per opening to measure the number of applicants per job.
First-year attrition to calculate the number of new hires leaving after their first year of work.
