a) Catering:Kaag Co Ltd offers professional catering services tailored to corporate events, parties, and gatherings. We provide a diverse menu with high-quality ingredients, ensuring delicious and hygienic food options to meet our clients' specific needs and preferences.
b) Cleaning: Our cleaning services include commercial and residential cleaning solutions. We prioritize cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, using eco-friendly products and trained staff to deliver spotless environments for offices, homes, and public spaces.

Terms and Conditions for Catering Company
1. Booking and Confirmation- All bookings must be made in writing via our official booking form or email.- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.- Final headcount and menu choices must be confirmed at least 4 days prior to the event date.
2. Payment Terms- Full payment is due 3 days before the event date.- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.- Any additional services or items requested on the day will be billed separately.
3. Menu and Special Requests- Menu selections must be finalized at least 7 days before the event.- We accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests; please inform us at the time of booking.- Changes to the menu within 3 days of the event may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation and Refunds- Cancellations made 7 days before the event will incur a 10% cancellation fee.- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable.- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
5. Event Setup and Duration- The venue must be available for setup 1 hours before the event start time.- The catering team will remain on-site for the duration agreed upon; additional hours may incur charges.- Any delays in the event timing may affect service and staffing arrangements.
6. Liability and Insurance- We are insured for liability; however, clients are responsible for providing a safe environment.- We are not liable for any damage or loss of personal property during the event.
7. Equipment and Staffing- Any equipment or decorations brought in by the client must be approved in advance.- We provide staffing as per the agreed menu and service level; additional staff can be arranged at extra cost.
8. Dietary and Allergy Information- Clients must inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements at least 5 days before the event.- We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
9. Force Majeure- We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.
10. Governing Law- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws.
11. Acceptance of Terms- A booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
