So young entertainment, a group of young people Swazi youth. So Young is found by two young brother from the Manzini region. Born and raised in Manzini, being in the entertainment media for a longtime we realised a gap left by promoters, government, Schools e.t.c and that is reaching out to the youth and encourge them to focus on education but also develop life skills and talen
t but ofcourse education being he key factor. So Young: We recognised a huge gap in developing a good social enviroment which will inspire young Swazi people. Swaziland is being manifested by unemployment. We look at the courses of unemployment then the impact caused by it. The idea is to completely change the attitude and mind set of the Swazi youth. UNEMPLOYMENT
The causes of Unemployment to young people. Every young person has a dream, a goal be achieved. We all go to school because education is the major way to achieve those dreams. Education being the major major key factor to success, the are other minor yet very effective key factors such: lifeskills and Talent. These minor elements can obtain great success if given the same attention as education. The focus on only education is another cause of unemployment. Many young people with diplomas and degrees are jobless WHY? THE COMMUNITY & COMMUNITY
The Society we live in believes that for one to be successful inlife, you have to be educated. Many young people tend to undermine life skills & Talent. If you look around, one can see so many objects: desks, tables,chairs, cars, roads, buildings e.t.c Have you ever concidered, that education alone does not produce the results. Soccer stars world wide make a living using their skills which is well developed. International entertainer are well paid for their art. I'm sure now you can paint a vivid potrait , for Swazi Society to deal with unemployment, lets support the three elements: Education, Life Skills and Talent. YOUTH INSPIRATION
Swazi youth needs to be inspired. Infact every dream comes after inspiration . So if our youth lacks inspiration then they won't dream, as a result they partake in bad social activities: drugs, alcohol & crime. As evidence these young boys hang around stores smoke,drink and do crime and girls on the other hand become hookers. This is all caused by the lack of inspiration.
