Let me be very clear: The only way we as Turks and Caicos Islanders (by way of paper route does not apply) will truly thrive in our own country is if we stand up and stand together. Not just in name, but more so in action. Every other nation brings in their own, refers their own, and builds with their own. So why are we hesitating and why can’t we????

This coming fall, I challenge you, no excuses. If you for whatever reason cannot provide a service, and you know a capable, trustworthy Turks and Caicos Islander who can, refer them. Elevate them. That is how we build legacy. That is how we break the cycles of lack and division among us.

We should not have to wait for outside validation. We are the solution. We are the talent. We are the future. But it starts with us, all of us choosing to support one another without hesitation or envy. Refer, refer, refer!
