Very sad news from Koh Phangan. Once again, a young bog (9) died from a box jelly fish sting.

🔴 A 9-year-old Israeli boy has died after he was stung by a box jellyfish while swimming at Haad Rin beach on Koh Phangan in Southern Thailand. He was given immediate first aid and rushed to hospital, but his life could not be saved.

According to the Minister of Natural Resources & Environment, the boy was swimming outside the net when he was fatally stung. He said they will increase patrols around Koh Phangan, do more public relations and place more first aid equipment in critical areas.
