3Dスキャンされた東京の"ありのままの暮らし"を紹介する架空の不動産屋。

👻 幽限会社わらし不動産：
実在するお部屋を舞台にした探索ゲーム。

リアルとアンリアルを行き来する、不思議な"内見"をお楽しみください。

さ・ら・に！
このゲーム、モニターの中だけではありません。 店内の家具や身の回りのモノに化けた妖怪“モノバケ”が潜んでいます...！

渋谷に「幽霊限定」の不動産屋が出現👻⁉️

現実×ゲーム×物語が交差する、架空の不動産屋へようこそ。
現在、FabCafe Tokyoでは企画展『REAL [UN]REAL ESTATE』を開催中です。

会場では、東京のありのままの暮らしを紹介する『TOKYO [UN]REAL ESTATE』と、実在する部屋のデータから生まれた探索ゲーム『幽限会社わらし不動産』を体験できるほか、展示空間そのものにも「仕掛け」が潜んでいます。

👀 見どころ
◆ゲーム体験: 新米座敷わらしになって、不思議な物件を探索
◆リアル探索: カフェ店内のモノに化けた妖怪「モノバケ」を探せ！
◆3Dアーカイブ: 東京のリアルな暮らしを記録した「都市の標本」

Media Architecture Biennale 2025🌃

The exhibition of [UN]REAL ESTATE kicks off at the international festival of architecture, cities, and digital media, the Media Architecture Biennale 2025!
The 2025 event will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, marking the first time the biennale is hosted in Southeast Asia.

Ahead of the exhibition, a two-day workshop was also held!
On the first day of the workshop, we had a 3D scanning lecture, followed by fieldwork in the streets, and on the second day, we used the scanned data to create a metaverse space that encapsulates the living spaces of Bangkok.
Tokyo and Bangkok – by recording, comparing, and reinterpreting the daily lives of these two cities, we draw out countless dialogues around cities and individuals, creating a new "Urban Dialogue."
