Today’s menu: Traditional Eggplant Parmesan using these incredible, locally grown long green eggplants I found at the market here in Thailand. 🌿

I’m layering it up lasagna-style with plenty of sauce and vegan mozzarella. It’s the perfect blend of where I’m from and where I am right now. The Global Reset isn’t about leaving your culture behind; it’s about bringing your favorites with you and seeing how they thrive in a new environment.

It turns out, you can find ‘home’ anywhere—you just have to be willing to cook it up. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

WAIT… ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB in Bangkok?! 🦀😳

I thought they were bringing out one plate… then THIS showed up 👀🇹🇭

If you love seafood, this spot needs to be on your Bangkok list ASAP. Kani Tengoku did NOT disappoint. From the crab legs to the overall experience, this felt like a hidden gem.
