LIFE RATCHADA - RAMA 9 : THE JOURNEY OF OXYMORON LIFE

Inspired by the vibrant and charismatic lifestyle of the Ratchadapisek district, the design blends the zone’s Physical Presence and Virtual Presence, expressed through a dynamic Day and Night Life that remains lively at all times. This vision is developed into the concept of “The Oxymoron Life,” reflecting the contrast between day and night through a landscape that transforms dramatically with changing light and atmosphere. The approach creates a dynamic, multi-layered outdoor experience that evolves throughout the day, offering residents diverse spatial and sensory experiences at different moments in time.

The architectural and landscape design is further integrated with a Mid-Century Style approach. The landscape concept incorporates principles of Minimalism, Integration with Nature, Geometric Forms, and Neutral Tones. These elements work harmoniously together to reinforce and enhance the overall concept, creating a cohesive environment that balances contrast with simplicity and timeless elegance.

They guide movement from one space to another, from ground level to above, shaping new experiences and inviting users to fully immerse themselves in the environment. Beyond enhancing spatial flow, they become distinctive highlights that define the character of each project.

Through thoughtful lines, careful material selection, and tonal harmony, the design reflects the project’s core concept, whether expressing luxury, natural harmony, or minimal elegance. The result is a landscape that is engaging, memorable, and truly captivating.

ในการดีไซน์แต่ละโครงการ ได้ผ่านการออกแบบโครงสร้างภูมิทัศน์ที่ท้าทาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสะพาน ทางเดินยกระดับ บันได และทางสัญจรต่างๆ เราสร้างมิติและความลึกให้กับพื้นที่ เปลี่ยนภูมิทัศน์จากเพียงฉากหลัง ให้กลายเป็นประสบการณ์ที่สามารถสัมผัสและใช้งานได้จริง

A space designed to heal the mind, restore tranquility, and offer a beautiful atmosphere for all users. The greenery seamlessly dissolves boundaries between the hospital and the surrounding community, gently integrating itself into people’s daily lives. By softening the hospital’s image and reducing feelings of fear or anxiety, it transforms the perception of healthcare environments into something more human and approachable.

Located within the urban context, this restorative space functions as a public oasis inviting city dwellers to step outside, reconnect with nature, and slow down amid the pace of modern life. Gradually transitioning from the city’s intensity to a calmer atmosphere, it becomes a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and emotional renewal.

The design leverages a bold red aesthetic as its architectural signature, establishing a powerful and unique visual language against the natural environment. The elevated bridge is strategically placed to enhance user experience, introducing a kinetic 3D flow that connects space and perspective.

Maximizing the project’s potential with the most captivating views of the Chao Phraya River. The Bangkok’s finest skyline, the design introduces a sky garden where the iconic red bridge becomes a bold centerpiece, elevating the building with a distinctive and unforgettable identity.

Nestled in Khao Yai’s lush valley, the Creston Hill introduces a new vision of modern countryside retreat. This place reinterprets the warmth and openness of the American Prairie through the lens of Thai nature.

The landscape design embraces gentle contours, native planting, and the reflective calm of a central lake whose mirror surface captures the surrounding mountains, creating a picturesque panorama across the terrain. Together, these elements compose a seamless dialogue between landform and architecture that is both timeless and natural yet sophisticated.

Every pathway and open space is thoughtfully designed to frame views, invite movement, and evoke the quiet poetry of life close to nature.

Every detail has been carefully crafted, shimmering stainless accents, refined artisanal finishes, and contrasting materials that highlight sophistication at every turn.

The peacock, a symbol of grace and beauty, weaves through the design as an emblem of luxury, reflecting the harmony of elegance and comfort that defines the project.

Demi Rama9 - Mengjai

Designed to create balance for its residents, this project embraces the idea that balance is about serenity in urban lifestyles.

Starting with the project’s entrance gateway, where curves and straight lines are combined to reflect the concept of modern sophistication, in harmony with the architectural style. A water feature is introduced at the front to soften the structure’s solidity, complemented by a feature tree with distinctive form and character, creating a strong identity for this space.

One of the key challenges of this limited space is the need for a thoughtful landscape design that seamlessly connects with the architectural design. The goal is to create a cohesive environment that supports continuous activities, while ensuring the landscape integrates harmoniously with the building’s architecture. An elegant staircase was designed to connect the space across multiple dimensions both visually and functionally while still reflecting the same design language without compromising the overall architectural identity.

In the planting design, colorful species are selected to bring vibrancy and freshness to the surroundings, combined with gentle green berm that create a sense of enclosure and child-friendly spaces. This approach enhances usability and provides a welcoming environment, particularly well-suited for family living.
