Paragon Realty and Management Limited is an innovative, professional property management company vested with more than 10 years of local and international experiences. The company manages premium properties in Hua Hin and Bangkok. We are currently accepting applicants (per the position and location described above) to be part of an exciting, and growing team to manage our new condominium portfolios. QUALITIES DESIRED
Ability to think critically. Knowledge of the property management operations, and the Thailand Condo Act.
Leadership skills; people skills; mature/strong personality; ability to organize and prioritize; action oriented; resiliency to stress; sense of dedication and ownership on work - Attitude of “won’t stop until work is done!”
Ability to communicate effectively – in Thai, and, adequately, in English; and a service-minded attitude.
EXPERIENCE
+ At least 2 years of direct property management experience in a manager position, or higher. Equivalent experiences may be considered.
