Line Cook Responsibilities Include
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items at a specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, pantry) according to recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Prepping, cutting, chopping, and mixing ingredients for specific stations.
Cooking Operations: Operating broilers, grills, fryers, and ovens to prepare food according to recipes.
Station Management: Setting up, stocking, and cleaning work areas before, during, and after service.
Quality & Safety: Ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes, proper portion control, and strict adherence to health and safety sanitation regulations.
Teamwork: Coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely, efficient service.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is typically required.
Skills: Strong multitasking, communication, and time-management skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and cooking techniques
