The interest from fellow Pacific postal operators was encouraging. Our approach i.e. built on open-source tools, geospatial data, and blockchain backed verification demonstrates that small nations can lead in postal innovation.
Thank you to the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and our Pacific Islands colleagues for the opportunity to share Tonga's journey.
