Designed as a fully underground shopping mall, the project redefines the railway station square through its integration with the urban context. The use of the top-down construction method enabled continuity during the construction process while allowing the creation of high-quality public spaces through innovative structural solutions.
The Paveletskaya Plaza Mall, for which we undertook the construction documentation phase, has a total construction area of 72,000 m² and was completed in 2021. The project stands out for its strong relationship with the city and its contemporary engineering approach.
