The Certificate in Practical Accounting & Office Employment Skills is designed for beginners who want practical, job-ready training for entry-level roles such as Accounts Clerk, Bank Teller, Payroll Clerk, Taxation Assistant and Data Entry Clerk.
This 12-week programme gives you more than accounting knowledge. You will also build essential office, computer, customer service, cash-handling, résumé and interview skills to help you enter the workplace with greater confidence.
You will learn:

📌 Accounts payable and receivable
📌 Payroll calculations, NIS, PAYE and Health Surcharge
📌 Basic taxation and e-Tax support
📌 Bank teller and cash-handling procedures
📌 MS Excel and Zoho Books
📌 Data entry and office administration
📌 Customer service and professional communication
📌 Résumé writing and interview preparation
📌 Job-search and placement support
No prior accounting knowledge is required.
Classes are held on Wednesdays with two convenient time options:
🕙 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
or
🕕 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Attend online or in person.
Registration Fee: $200
Discounted Tuition: $1,000
Payment options are available:
$400 downpayment plus two monthly payments of $400
or
Weekly payments of $150 for eight weeks
