Position: COURIER
Role Description
This is a full-time Courier role located in Diego Martin, Trinidad and Tobago. The Courier will be responsible for day-to-day transportation and delivery tasks to ensure that products are delivered efficiently and on time, including:
Package Delivery & Pickup – Safely transport and deliver packages, documents, or other items to designated locations within scheduled timeframes.
Route Planning & Navigation – Optimize delivery routes using GPS and maps to ensure timely and efficient deliveries while adhering to traffic laws.
Customer Interaction – Maintain professionalism and being courteous when interacting with clients, obtaining signatures, and confirming deliveries.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety – Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and ensure the company vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
Documentation & Reporting – Accurately log deliveries, update tracking systems, and report any delays, incidents, or delivery discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Training skills
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Logistics Management and Transportation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Prior experience in courier services is a plus
