She is also a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) trained analyst with Thomas International - UK (psychometric testing, job profiling and behavioural analysis). Her dedication to providing tailored, bespoke solutions is matched by her positive attitude, experience and practical approach to every event that she delivers. She has a natural interest in people development and behaviour. She believes in concept of ‘The Learning Organisation’ where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured and where people are continually learning how to learn together.
