Good afternoon T & T, it’s encouraging to see
the organic growth in viewing our page. It’s been six months since my mother died, with long delays by the Coroner & Funeral home , followed by a late cremation at the end of November 17. It’s been a very emotional period & coupled with legal action relating to my mother’s estate, hence the urgent need for me to Remain in the UK & get these matters addressed. So the development is on but delayed by people lacking commitment & focus on the project. So rest assured I am working from a far to get things back on track and deal with overdue matters in Trinidad. I fully intend to deliver my promise to my late mother and complete the development. Have a super day tomorrow peeps and I will keep you updated on breaking news relating to the development.

Reflection: This month marks six months since I lost my rock & mother, her loss was compounded by the coroner taking around 7 weeks before I was able to arrange the UK funeral service and I am still dealing with legal affairs. My mother was 100% behind this development right up to the end, and the project was inspired by her father as the land belonged to his family. My heart may have a big hole but I promised my mother that I would complete this development the week of her death in my last ever conversation, mummy I will get it done in honour of you & my grandfather. Update: Morning T & T, a quick check-in, I can presume that those who celebrated carnival would have had a safe & enjoyable season. The carnival period has meant zero development progress, which compounded my frustration being 4000 miles away to see no activity on all fronts over the last couple weeks before carnival Monday & Tuesday. This week I have resumed chasing to ensure that I kick start some traction on the project, hence my communications with all development partners. I sincerely wish I could be back in Trinidad getting stuck into the development but legal duty regarding my lovely & dear late mother requires my presence here in the UK, I will endeavor to do as much as I can from afar. Update: Morning T & T, a quick check in with my peeps at home. I am still with dealing with my late mothers' affairs, emotionally & physically draining due to the loss of a wonderful, loving, and caring mother. Carnival fever must be steadily increasing to its peak level, as we approach carnival Monday. All development business has been suspended until the week after Carnival, as it is a challenge to manage a development from 4000 miles, along with the limitations brought on by the upcoming Carnival. Please enjoy the Carnival for those who participate and I am burning the midnight oil to ensure that all development & other business is addressed while dealing with the emotional stuff over here in the UK. Update!! In a discussion with my late mother last year, we agreed upon providing affordable housing on the FA Development, with lots sizes ranging from 3,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet and provisional prices from $900,000 to $1,500,000. The actual quantity and lot sizes will be determined once planning permission has been granted later in this year 2018. It has been frustrating for me being away from Trinidad at such a crucial time in the development, but I can assure all interested parties, that I am doing everything that is possible within the constraints of being 4000 miles away, to maintain the development momentum and address outstanding matters due to my absence with the passing of my dear lovely mother. I promised my mother the week of her death, that I would deliver the development that she was so eagerly behind up until the end on 17/09/17 at 5.05am. Have a productive and blessed day. Update: Please note that our Southern Land development will resume this month and the planning application will be lodged for the Stage 1 of the development. I am still dealing with probate matters over here for my late mother, but I will be instructing the surveyors to commence, work on the development and lodge the papers for the super important planning application. I want to wish all the friends and family, a merry & blessed Christmas 2017. It's been a challenging year, I have not slept properly for months mainly due to concerns
for my mothers caring issues in the early part of the year, compounded by the 4000 miles between us, but we maintained daily contact via FaceTime on the iPhones. For half a century I have been honored to have a loving and committed mother until the Lord called her on the 17/09/17 at 5.05 am. The joy of her memories will be with me forever and though my heart is deeply saddened during this Holy time of the year, I know she is having a rocking time with her Creator for eternity. Her passing has revealed the genuine people from fakes but I am humbly grateful to all the Genuine individuals who have assisted me during this somber time in my life. I am truly humbled by the UK sending off, of my mother at end of November 2017 and I know my Mumzee would have been overjoyed by the inclusion of Arsenal Football Club memorabilia at her Cremation, being a devoted "Gunner" for over 55 years. Mumzee I love you and I miss you badly, the joy of your memories, always brings a smile to my face. Next stop for her final resting place will be Trinidad & Tobago, the land of her birth in 2018. Good morning T & T, just a quick update, after a long waiting period on a Coroner my mothers' cremation was able to take place, now after Christmas, her ashes will be cleared by the T & T High Commission and I will be returning to Trinidad in the new year 2018 to resume business and deal with outstanding matters that unfortunately could not be dealt with during this very sad period. So my apologies for not being able to address certain matters over the last three months. Have a blessed day. CM

Notice - Company Activity Suspended Due to a death in the Family. It is with great sadness my mother passed away in the UK in September 2017, due to coroners delays her cremation has been delayed. I anticipate that I will be returning to Trinidad late December or early January 2018 with her ashes for a memorial service in the land of her birth. CM CEO
