We're hiring: B2B Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Rojan Marketing is growing, and we're looking for someone organised, detail-driven, and ready to keep our clients and sales team moving.

If you thrive on follow-through and take ownership of getting things done right, this one's for you.
What you'll do:
🔹 Showroom service and client support
🔹 Sales executive support
🔹 Order processing and coordination
🔹 CRM and documentation management
🔹 Team collaboration and process improvement

What you'll need:
✔️ 5 O'Level passes, including Math and English
✔️ 2+ years in a B2B customer service, sales support, or admin role
✔️ Strong grasp of sales processes and client lifecycle support
✔️ Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
✔️ Proficiency in CRM systems (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
✔️ High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency

Reports to: Sales Coordinator.
