This certificate course is designed to explore the importance of life coaching as a skill to positively affect your life and the lives of those you coach. Through this process you will learn the tools and techniques to guide your clients to self-discovery and assist them to reach and exceed their personal and professional goals.
Here are some details of what you will learn:
1. Understanding the difference between Coaching and other professions such as Training, Mentoring, Consulting and Counseling.
2. Effective questioning skills and strategies that will help you to identify clients’ goals and needs.
3. The importance of reflection in the transformative process of coaching and how you can use this (as a coach or as an individual), with clients, and during coaching sessions.
4. Apply a “creating awareness” tool known as the Logical Levels to support clients to enhance the clarity of their desired outcome, discover their Vision and create a comprehensive plan.
5. Create powerful open ended questions and make closed questions more open ended.
