Children are always deserving of the best treatment!!

A parent messaged me when I first put out this ad asking me how her child deserve this event given that he has not been putting in the work. My response to her and to ALL parents is that Children deserve the best. The SEA examination is a big milestone in a child's academic journey and it can create stress in both child and parent. This stress can lead to anxiety, depression and other mental health illnesses. An event like this presented by Introspective Solutions Assessment, Counseling and Consultancy Services I.S.A.C.C.S, my private practice, guarantees that all activities were well thought out and would benefit both child and parent.

* The therapeutic setting at The Healing Garden Le Chateau Mt Pleasant is appropriate and depicts relaxation designed to put individuals in a positive frame of mind.
* There would be meditation and other relaxation techniques to help reframe and relax the child and settle the nerves of parents who have been pressured by the preparation for the SEA examination.
* There would be bonding activities designed to restore relationships that have been compromised during SEA examination preparation.
* There would be a Sip and Paint activity designed to stimulate creativity and allow individuals to have a takeaway from the whole experience. Creating Art is also very therapeutic.
* There would be food for parents, snack boxes and party bags for students, tokens and prizes to be won!!!!!

Introspective Solutions Assessment, Counseling and Consultancy Services (I.S.A.C.C.S) presents "An SEA Brain Cooler Affair. This SEA De-stressor workshop is packed with resourceful tools and techniques involving art, meditation and play that will transform a student's mindset before this big exam. Parents are welcomed to this workshop as we believe that parents would benefit since they also experience stress during SEA preparation for their children.

This Brain Cooler is necessary since SEA exams is one of the most stressful exams for children. Amid the challenges to perform well, there is the loss of leisure, loss of friendships and the pressure to pass for particular schools.

STUDENT GOAL- RELAX, relieve anxiety, relay their fears, remain focused, and have a positive attitude towards their SEA exams so that they can manifest their dreams and perform to the best of THEIR ability.

PARENT GOAL- RELAX, relieve anxiety, relay their fears, be reminded that their children NEED their support, love and encouragement.

We have trained and qualified staff for this event, refreshments and materials will be provided.
