Hi everyone! 🙋‍♀️ I’m , and do you remember Mr. Lin Chia-Nan, the RC aircraft expert who built that incredible AIDC T-5 Brave Eagle model?

Today, we’re sharing the full interview video! 🎬

With 30 years of experience in RC aircraft modeling, Mr. Lin has turned the rooftop of his home into a dedicated workshop. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an impressive Brave Eagle fighter jet model, along with several RC aircraft waiting for their first test flight.

💬 過的塑板也能真空成型？👀

Hi 大家好，我是 🙋‍♀️
今天又有一個有趣的試機案例可以跟大家分享！

這次來試機的用戶，
想製作隱形眼鏡用的 Tray 盤。

比較特別的是，他帶來的 PET 板材已經事先完成 UV 印刷，上面印有不同顏色與圖案。

接著使用 搭配 專業鋁模 進行真空成型。

原本平面的印刷 PET 板經過加熱、拉伸後，圖案也跟著成型輪廓延伸，最後直接變成一整片很吸睛的展示版✨

如果產品需要結合「印刷＋立體造型」，先印刷再進行真空成型，也是一種值得測試的製作方式。

實際成型效果會受到板材、油墨、印刷方式及拉伸程度等條件影響，正式製作前建議先使用實際材料測試。

💬模具不能鑽孔，也可以試試幫它穿絲襪 🧦

今天要分享一個真空成型的小訣竅！

#為什麼要幫模具穿絲襪？🧦

如果模具不能鑽孔，也不方便破壞表面，可以試著幫模具套上一層絲襪。

嘿丟，就是穿在腳上的那個絲襪🤣

絲襪套上去之後，會在模具外增加一點厚度。加上絲襪本身柔軟、有彈性，成型後的塑膠片不會把模具包得那麼緊，可以降低卡模的情況，脫模時也會比較輕鬆。

這個方法主要是利用絲襪增加厚度與緩衝，讓塑膠片和模具之間保留一些脫模空間。

下次遇到造型容易卡模，或是不方便修改的模具，可以試試幫它穿上一層絲襪！

成立MY YARD inc. Taiwan 粉絲專頁將近十年，今天我們終於迎來了第一萬個粉絲，感謝大家的支持😇

十年前，我還是一個待在竹科的理工男，是上市公司裡的一顆小螺絲釘。更精確地說，我其實是一位半隻腳已被甩出竹科、對未來充滿不確定的過氣工程師。

當時我根本不知道該如何經營一家品牌公司，更不知道該怎麼經營粉絲專頁。我唯一知道的是：「做就對了！堅持到成果出現為止」。

沒想到，這一做就是十年。

謝謝一路以來支持我與老塞的每一位好朋友。我們會繼續把產品做好，把服務做好，並朝向下一個更高的里程碑繼續前進！💪

💬實測 2mm 超厚透明 板❗️❗️ 壓得出 911 車殼嗎？

Hi 我是 🙋‍♀️ 上次收到粉絲朋友留言，想看 PC 成型測試。

今天我跟Luke 就來用 2mm PC 透明板，挑戰壓出 911 車殼造型🙌

⚠️ PC 有吸水特性，材料平常建議保存在防潮環境。
成型前也可以先使用 FORMART 的除濕功能，或用專業烤箱進行烘烤，降低成型時產生氣泡的機率。

⏰ 這次測試前，我們大約使用 FORMART 3 除濕 8 小時，再進行真空成型。

💬 Can handle a 2 mm transparent sheet and vacuum form a Porsche 911 body shell?

Hi! I’m 🙋‍♀️ Sandy.

We got a comment asking if we could test vacuum forming with PC, so today Luke and I are giving it a try!

We’re using a 2 mm transparent PC sheet to see if FORMART 3 can pull off a Porsche 911 body shell. Let’s go! 🙌

⚠️ PC absorbs moisture, so it’s best to keep it stored in a dry place. Before forming, you can use FORMART’s built-in dehumidifying function or dry the sheet in an oven to help prevent bubbles.

⏰ For this test, we dehumidified the PC sheet with FORMART 3 for about 8 hours before vacuum forming.

現場也會提供基本操作教學，讓第一次接觸機器的使用者更安心。

🚚 這次剛好有 3 人小貨車 支援，
所以小編也有機會一起搭貨車出任務🙌。

既然都上車了...
就決定用鏡頭帶大家看看，我們的旗艦機 FORMOVA 是怎麼從出貨、搬運、安裝，一路交到客戶手上的 😆
