🐉 Happy Dragon Boat Festival! 🐉

Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu Festival) is one of Taiwan's most celebrated traditional holidays, dating back over 2,000 years! 🎉

It honors the memory of Qu Yuan, a loyal poet and minister of ancient China. Legend says when he drowned himself in a river out of grief for his country, local people raced boats to find him and threw rice dumplings into the water to keep fish from eating his body. 🚣‍♂️🍙

Today, we celebrate by eating zongzi (sticky rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves), watching exciting dragon boat races, and spending time with family and friends! 💪
