本案以現代設計語彙重新演繹法越殖民（Indochine）風格，融合越南文化底蘊、柔和曲線、復古材質與現代隱藏式機能，打造兼具歷史韻味與當代生活品質的住宅空間。

憑藉獨特的設計理念與細膩工藝，成功晉級 2026 英國 SBID International Design Awards 住宅設計決選，並正式進入全球公開票選階段，最終結果將由國際專業評審與全球大眾共同評選。
