Scope of works

Within the framework of the defined internal procedures and the commercial objectives set, the sales Associate welcomes and guides customers. He seeks to know customers' needs, advises them and sells products through exemplary customer service in order to develop turnover. He ensures the collection of sales. He participates in the running of the store and the inventories.

The sales Associate will be specifically in charge of:

Invites customers to come in the shop, welcomes and guides them according to their needs
Advises the customer with in-depth knowledge of the products,
Sells the products to the customer and develop additional sales,
Carries out the collection of the items according to the defined procedure,
Counts his/her cash, fills out the internal cash register slips and deposits the receipts in the safe according to the defined procedure,
Participates in the arrangement of products in the shelves (in accordance with the rules of merchandising) and maintains the cleanliness of products in the store,
Participates in the implementation of animations and change of promotions,
Verifies the labelling of the products,
Participates in inventories
Report any suspicious incidents observed from customers, colleagues, airport staff

Physical Demands : The demands of the role include the ability to stand up for long periods, involves manual handling, a degree of twisting, and turning, ability to work in cool temperature and the capacity to deal with the pressures of a fast paced service environment is required.

Role:
• Oversee all finance, tax and administration tasks
