We are a specialist HR & Change Advisory firm offering tailored consulting, leadership & Workforce development, and organizational transformation services. As we expand our impact across industries, we’re inviting independent professionals to join our Partner Program as Lead Generators, In-Sales Agents, and Recruiter Collaborators.
This is a self-employed, partnership-based opportunity ideal for consultants, freelancers, or side-hustlers with a passion for people, business development, or recruitment.
Available roles depending on your strength:
As a Lead Generation & In-Sales Agent: Your core responsibility is to identify, research, and qualify potential clients through proactive cold calling, and to book presentations or appointments for the advisory team.
Recruiter Partner (Business Development Focus):
To generate new recruitment business opportunities by leveraging your professional network and industry knowledge
