Our planet is passing an unprecedented era with pressing environmental challenges steered by unsustainable human activities, ineffective decision-making fixed on greed at the expense of natural capital. As global issues like climate change, resource depletion, and biodiversity loss continue to escalate, the need for informed, capable who can drive positive change has never been greater.
Since 2018, I've engaged in training and mentoring leaders and aspirants young leaders in business and NGOs to influence decision and action in working places for . With "Leaders for Environmental Action (LEA)" - a customized program under Jielimishe Kwanza 150 leaders from business, organization and government empowered; the target is to reach out 100 leaders annually (i.e. at least 25 leaders after every three months) depending on resources availability.
By focusing on leadership development, strategic thinking, and collaboration, the program fosters a generation of leaders who can inspire, influence, and guide the transformational action toward a more and resilient future. It emphasizes practical skills, critical thinking, and the importance of policy advocacy, ensuring that graduates are equipped to lead with confidence, innovation, and integrity in a world that urgently needs their leadership.
