VACANCY OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Office Administrator to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Organize office operations and provide secretarial service to support daily operations
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Provide general support to visitors
• Perform any other duties as assigned by your Superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS
A female with not More than 25 Years of Age
A Diploma in Secretarial Services, Office Administration or any relevant Qualifications
Formal Training in Secretarial Services
Fluent in ENGLISH both written and Oral
At least Six (6) Months of working experience in Office Management
Extensive Computer Literacy in MS Office Suite
