CCH Management Trainee Ukraine & Moldova Being a Management Trainee means more than getting involved in day-to-day running of the Marketing, Key Account, Supply Chain or Demand Planning functions.

Management Trainee Programme is a 2 year full-time program for high potential and talented graduates allowing trainees to obtain functional and people management capabilities. Management Trainees get exposure to real business projects in 4 business areas - Supply Chain, Field Sales, HR and Finance. After the programme the best trainees have an opportunity to apply for Supervisor role.
