Пропозиція по організації доступу до повнотекстових електронних ресурсів для університетів та науково-дослідних організацій України
Питання та запити прохання напраляти на електронну адресу - [email protected]
Потягом тривалого часу Громадська неприбуткова організація Асоціація „Інформатіо-Консорціум” та її агент Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "Інформатіо" є Консорціумом, який об’єднує користувачів електронних інформаційних ресурсів, впроваджуючи в Україні проект "Електронна інформація для бібліотек" - eIFL Direct (Electronic Information For Libraries), який був започаткований за спільної ініціативи Інституту відкритого суспільства (Будапешт) і видавництва періодики EBSCO Publishing. На сьогодні членами Консорціуму є наукові установи, навчальні заклади, бібліотеки, інші установи та організації.
Проект eIFLnet, пов'язаний із пільговим доступом для членів Асоціації „Інформатіо-Консорціум” до електронних ресурсів ряду провідних видавництв наукової періодики та літератури. Зокрема, члени Консорціуму отримують доступ в режимі онлайн до електронних ресурсів компанії EBSCO PUBLISHING (це більше 5500 повнотекстових електронних наукових журналів з суспільно-гуманітарних наук, техніки, природничих наук та медицини, що пропонується зі знижкою більше 80% в рамках проекту).
ТОВ „Інформатіо” згідно з Ліцензійними та Агентськими угодами з власниками та розповсюджувачами електронних інформаційних ресурсів надано невиключне право, яке не може передаватись іншим організаціям, на розповсюдження інформаційних послуг та ресурсів на території України за пільговими цінами. ТОВ "Інформатіо" уповноважене проводити переговори, укладати Договори, виставляти рахунки, підписувати Акти виконаних робіт, вести фінансові операції із установами та організаціями учасниками проекту.
На цей час серед користувачів в Україні користується попитом базовий пакет баз даних компанії EBSCO на платформі EBSCOhost, до якого на сьогодні включено 14 баз даних (додаток), пільгова ціна на основі ексклюзивних знижок на передплату у 2020 році надається по індивідуальному запиту на електронну пошту [email protected]
