The neck
Instructions for working the security section, including warm-up exercises for the cervical spine and platysma muscles to prevent injury. Exercises to stretch and strengthen the neck muscles, relieve spasms, restore posture, and reduce pressure and headaches. Additional exercises to open the thoracic region, work the platysma, and relax various muscles in the neck and back.
The chin
We will reduce double chin appearance by focusing on the hyoid muscle and platysma. An effective exercise will relieve tension from the circular mouth muscle and tighten the second chin. The exercise stretches the cervical vertebrae from the 7th to 1st vertebra, improving blood flow and lymphatic outflow, and stretching spasmodic neck muscles. We'll also eliminate neck swelling and relieve tension, making it appear thinner and free of spasms. Finally, we'll relax the spasmodic jaws that cause sagging jawlines, dropping oval faces, and double chins by relieving tension from the muscles of the jaw and sublingual area.
