An unemployed man applies for a job as a toilet cleaner at a large computer company and takes an appointment for an interview with the company's manager.
During the interview, the manager told the unemployed person: You have been accepted for the job.
But we need your email to send you the work contract and terms.
The unemployed man replied that he had no e-mail and no computer at home.
The manager replied, "You do not have a computer, which means that you are not present, and if you are not present, it means that you cannot work for us."
The unemployed man came out upset after the doors were shut in his face and he was rejected.
And on his way, he bought with all he had, 10 dollars, 10 kilograms of strawberries, and started knocking on the doors to sell them.
At the end of the day the man earned $20.
After this the man realized that the process is not difficult.
The next day, he started repeating the process 3 times, and after a while the man started going out early in the morning to buy four times the amount of strawberries.
The man's income began to increase until the man was able to buy a bicycle.
After a period of time and hard work, the man was able to buy a truck until the man owned a small business selling strawberries.
Five years later, the man became the owner of the largest food store.
The man began to think about the future until he decided to insure the company with the largest insurance companies.
In an interview with the insurance company employee, the employee said I agree
But I need your email to send you the insurance contract.
The man replied that he did not have an e-mail and he did not even have a computer.
The insurance employee replied surprisingly, I established the largest food company in five years, and you do not have an email, what would happen if you had an email!!
The man replied to him If I had an email five years ago, I would now be cleaning toilets in a company!!.

Sometimes God forbids something from you that you think is good for you, but God Almighty is hiding the best for you. If God closes a door before you, He will open another door that is better than the first.

PRODUCT LIFE CIRCLE.

Product life circle is the stages a product goes through during its life time. The product life circle starts from the time a product is introduced to the mass market.

The product goes through the following stages of, market entry - introduction, price pick up or sales growth, Maturity - stagnation, then finally Decline.

1 - Introduction - Market entry . Straight from the product development stages, a product is introduced to the mass market. At this stage, it's still new with low volume sales. During this stage, massive and strategic advertising has to follow up to create awareness for the sales to pick up.

2 - Sales/Price Growth, with the continued advertising and promotions, the product starts getting mass appeal and sales start growing. Most break evens - point at which total revenue matchs total costs - happen at this stages then followed by profitability.

This stage will go on for sometime depending on particular products - electronic, gadget, food, fashion etc before it reaches the next stage.

3 - Maturity - Price stagnation. The sales volume will reach a point of no further growth. Regardless of how much advertising or promotions is put in place. At this stage, sales curve will be flat. It's prudent a business reduces costs of advertising etc, to maximize profitability.

At this stage, most products will not need much advertising since the mass awareness was already created. The marginal difference realised from strategies to increase sales will start diminishing.

4 - Sales Decline. This is a stage when the sales of a particular product starts declining. Most products with short to medium life circles hit this stage faster. Other products take decades. While some products will reach this stage and bounce back due to factors like innovation etc.

During this stage, the sales volume can not support the costs of production anymore, especially for products which will experience steep decline. This is the stage at a which the company/business decides the product has lived its usefulness and discontinues its production or innovates.

Mobile phones depending on brand and model usually have short to medium life circles. An IPhone for instance has 3 to 5 years life circle from the time it enters market to the time the company discontinues its production. Fashion products have shorter life circle.

Its important to notice these life circles of a business' products so as to know when a product is nearing completion of its circle so as to develop new products and discontinue those which can nolonger support production costs.

(1.) Your salary will never make you rich. Your boss isn't that foolish.

(2.) Your salary is fixed, are your expenses fixed?.

(3.) If your company pays you the exact true value of the services you render, they would be running at a loss. As an employee, you are underpaid.

(4.) Once you get HIRED, you either get FIRED or RETIRED, you may also resign when you're TIRED.

(5.) Salary is the bribe you're given to forget your dreams, family, freedom, self-esteem, academics, social life and other personal goals.

(6.) Your kids won't inherit your post in that company you're employed in. Employment is not hereditary.

(7.) If your salary is not huge enough to pay your bills, leaving you with sufficient amount to save,prepare for poverty after you stop work.

(8.) If you must work,before you eat,if you get paralyzed,ill or become aged,hunger will strike you.

(9.) Being an employee is a bit similar to being a slave,you take orders,you are regimented,when will you become a master?.
