🔹 Generate and issue accurate EFRIS e-invoices
🔹 Review invoices, correct errors and keep records for audit
🔹 Process EFRIS debit and credit notes
🔹 Match EFRIS invoices to SYSPRO documents
🔹 Reconcile EFRIS and SYSPRO raw material stock records

What you need:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
✅ 2+ years in a busy Finance, Accounts or Taxation environment
✅ Proven practical EFRIS experience (mandatory)
✅ SYSPRO or other ERP experience is an added advantage
✅ Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills

Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for an experienced Quality Control Officer for a client in the oil and gas sector. You’ll make sure aviation fuel (JET A-1) meets every regulatory and industry standard for quality and safety.

🔹 Run JET A-1 quality testing to EI/JIG, AFQRJOS, ASTM and ISO standards
🔹 Control fuel receipt, storage, filtration and dispatch
🔹 Issue Release Certificates (RCs) and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
🔹 Investigate deviations and lead corrective actions
🔹 Train terminal personnel and prepare quality reports for management

What you need:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering or a related field
✅ 5 years’ experience in fuel quality control, preferably in aviation fuel
✅ Knowledge of ASTM D1655, ICAO and EI/JIG
✅ Strong analytical and report-writing skills

✅ Minimum 2 years in fuel quality control, lab testing or petroleum operations
