We were pleased to host the GROW Project Steering Committee at the Excel Hort Consult Agribusiness Incubator (EHCAI) as part of their field visit to monitor and engage with enterprises participating in the GROW Project.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase our enterprise development approach and share how EHCAI is supporting women and young people through practical skills development, business incubation, agribusiness value addition, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and employment pathways.

The Steering Committee toured our facilities, engaged with our incubatees and project team, and gained first-hand insight into the enterprise development journey, the practical skills being nurtured, and the opportunities being created through the Work Placement and Apprenticeship Programme and the Gender Inclusive Infrastructure Grant under the GROW Project.

At EHCAI, we believe that sustainable economic transformation begins with investing in people, strengthening enterprises, and creating opportunities that enable women and youth to build resilient businesses and secure meaningful livelihoods.

We appreciate the continued collaboration of the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), the World Bank, and all partners working to advance inclusive economic growth in Uganda.

📢 CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS – FY 2026/2027

Excel Hort Consult Agribusiness Incubator (EHCAI) invites eligible, reputable, and qualified service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for prequalification for the Financial Year 2026/2027.

We are seeking potential partners across a wide range of categories including:

✅ Hotel, Catering & Conference Services
✅ Professional Consultancies
✅ Goods & Supplies
✅ General Services
✅ Works & Construction

This prequalification exercise aims to establish a database of competent service providers who may be invited to participate in future procurement opportunities as EHCAI continues to empower entrepreneurs, youth, women, farmer groups, and agribusiness enterprises across Uganda.

We strongly encourage applications from:
