We have come out of hiding to share that Teesa is a very proud partner of the 1st Kampala Faith & Work Conference happening on Friday 1st May 2026.

See a message below from our founder

Kampala Faith and Work Conference
1st May 2026 | Lugogo Baptist Church
Theme: Numbering Our Days

It brings me deep satisfaction to be part of spaces that advance God’s mission on earth and contribute to human flourishing. This conference is one of those spaces. I can confidently vouch for it.

If you are a Christian or simply someone working in Uganda who is curious about the intersection of faith and work, this is a conversation you should not miss.

You will hear from thoughtful voices across different fields including homemakers, creatives, entrepreneurs, legal professionals, and development practitioners sharing how their faith shapes the work they do.

Under the theme “Numbering Our Days,” we will reflect on the reality of our limited time and capacity, and what it means to steward both well.

I will be co facilitating a session on “Business on Mission” with Terry Bwanika, sharing lessons from the past 7 years of building Teesa.

I am genuinely looking forward to this and grateful that such a space exists.

Do not miss it.

On Business Development

Not all growth is good growth.
Not every income opportunity is yours.

Before the next season, pause.
Where is the business actually headed?

Growth isn’t just about doing more.
It’s about choosing what to grow
and what to leave behind.

Clarity creates momentum.
Focus creates sustainability.

Ask this:
Is the business building intentionally,
or reacting to every “practical” opportunity?

What is this business truly meant to be doing?
What work is actually worthwhile?

Before accelerating, reset direction.
Align effort—big and small—with who you really are.

Keep building.
Keep dreaming.

On Branding.

Before planning for the next season, pause and assess how your business is presenting itself.

Branding isn’t about perfection or trends.
It’s about alignment.

Does your work look, sound, and feel like the quality you believe in? Does it communicate care, clarity, and intention?

The way you present your work shapes trust long before a conversation begins.

As you close this season and prepare for the next, ask yourself:
Is our brand supporting where we’re going or holding us back?

Reset before you rebuild.

On Impact.

We have learned during this journey of business growth and supporting people’s dreams that people matter more than anything. More than profit, more than the brand, more than our ideas and more than our perception of what we are doing.

Serving people and helping them produce good results is what we call at Teesa.

Listen to what our communications operator, has to say about impact and how you can be thinking about it in your own business, come 2026.

Meet , a powerful woman who wears many hats.

Ashamaney is a lawyer with KTA Advocates, where Teesa was invited to support the KTA Symposium. It was during this event that Ashamaney encountered the Teesa Course Books, and purchased them - not only for herself but got her church to do the same, too.

In this video, Asmahaney shares about her interaction with our founder, Paula, during a season when she was trying to reinvent her approach with ministry and writing her own story.

Her experience is a beautiful reminder that progress often begins with one brave step towards clarity.

Alvin Katto , the Country Manager for the African Management Institute (AMI) in Uganda, shares why Business Development Service providers play a crucial role in strengthening MSMEs. In the video, he highlights that only about 30% of small businesses survive beyond their first year, and many struggle due to a lack of structure and support.

He emphasizes the need for a standards-based approach that helps MSMEs improve the quality of their service delivery, operate more efficiently, and ultimately increase their chances of long-term success. Teesa was one of the business development service providers that participated in the National BDS training implemented by AMI.
