What are DOs & DONTs while using a computer?

1. Don't click on short links. Don't click without doing proper research first. The problem is that the final destination is unknown.
2. Don't open attachments in email. Be careful of email attachments which are executable files (.exe) they can be harmful.
3. Don't blindly click on links in browsers or emails. Just because the link reads www.facebook.com doesn't mean it's going to Facebook. Please hover over the link with mouse and look at the bottom of the browser to see the exact destination address.
4. Do routinely reinstall your operating system. "After 12 to 18 months, Windows is simply going to slow down and it's going to become less and less efficient.
5. Do patch/updates. Do download and install updates because often they are security related. "They're not adding really cool things to Windows or Mac OX or Linux. They're fixing security problems,"

September 9, 2020; an amazing date for the Communities at Risk whom livelihood is negatively affected by the consequences of COVID -19 from March 2020 to date. In a hopelessness situation of how to start the Agricultural season ,PPCR has come into with distribution of free improved soybean seeds to 400 Soybean out-growers who are elected to become a relevant supply strategy of raw material to its processing phase soon starting in Oruchinga refugee settlement / Isingiro District Uganda.

Besides seeds, PPCR will guarantee farm monitoring in terms of FGM ( Farm Good Management ), pests track , treating etc,
More plans are further being studied to empower these supplier and set them to living improved standards,they are partly nationals and refugees to warrant segregation dismantling within our operational area and teach the world.
PPCR plans to create better food security conditions by individual productivity to resist COVID -19 effects while the world is rushing to feed 10 billions of world population by 2020.
PPCR is strongly standing by bring at finger tips a program corresponding to DINES food formula

My attitude of apology towards the African communities, European communities, American communities, Oceanian communities and Asian Communities for being endangered and murdered by the COVID -19. May our saviour Lord from heaven come for our rescue;rescue of the entire humanity.
Every African who dies is loss of great opportunity to either European or American and a death of Asian is a loss to African. The Globe is one,a person is an image of God and that is animated by the blood of which the cells of vitality are identic to white people and black people. The colour between individuals should be considered by every human being as our cultural wealth but not as limit. Let this opportunity of tears re- inspire us to abolish and Bury down by all means Discrimination, segregation, Xenophobia and any kind of human abuse.

PPCR, unleashing palpable community self-reliance in Oruchinga refugee settlement by implementing a multidimensional Soyabeans program comprising the projects below:
1. Setting up of a Big 5 sections Soya-Milk processing Factory (yogurt, CSB, Powder, Bakery + Oil and soya fat for animal feeding. The Factory is named aiming to alleviate poverty and improve community health by creating 219_230 Job opportunities to refugees and nationals equally without distinguishing race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, language etc.
2.Training and skilling the community volunteers on soya new technology and development as department of the PPCR YVTC ( Youths Vocational Training Center) located in Kisoro Oruchinga.
3. Educating the community members at local, regional,national and international wide on Soybeans nutritional value and Soya therapeutic options.
4. Opening of a Bank branch that will provide financial services to ensure quick economic growth is undertaken by the employees, local farmers , youths and women and other little entrepreneurs.
5.Develop local private enterprises by cash flow circulation such as Hardwares, shops, hotels and bars and promote tourism in Oruchinga/ Isingiro. The project has started sensitising the community members to plant more soya beans and supply to the factory to earn direct a lot of cash.
