Those who know me, understand my passion for the game of baseball. The majesty of the game, the coaches I have encountered, and the grit it took to be a good player have made a positive impact on me as a player, student, brother, son and as someone who wants to run his own business.
I have failed more than I have succeeded; all the times I have been cut from teams....been told that I should quit... that I will never play at the next level.... all of those experiences have fueled me to master the areas where I was strong in, and to improve the areas I needed to work on in my game and come back stronger, ready to dominate.
This mindset made me a leader by example, a guy who would show up an hour early to practice to not only get extra work in, but a guy who would set up warmup stations so that my teammates wouldn’t have to. A guy who practiced and played harder than anyone, so others would strive to better themselves. Someone who bleeds positivity that energized others.
Although I may not have been the best role model off the field (and I’ll get more into that in the future) I learned from every negative experience that has happened to me, and have continued to bounce back because I know that mistakes, aren’t failures, they are weaknesses in areas that you can improve in, and take the proper steps to grow as a human being. I have gained more respect bouncing back from mistakes, than dominating in my successes.
Like life, Marketing is based on making an impact on others with a niche you have in comparison to everybody else. If you lead by example, and dominate, you will gain a following that you impact on a daily basis, which will drive success of yourself, your business, and your following. That is why I started this business, to lead by example, and to help clients lead their own movements.
