✅ Habilidades Técnicas:
• Estructura: Paredes interiores/exteriores, techos, vigas y modificaciones estructurales básicas
• Drywall: Instalación, encintado, enmasillado y reparaciones
• Carpintería de acabado: Molduras, marcos, zócalos, puertas, instalación de gabinetes
• Pisos: Laminado, vinilo tipo “plank”, instalación de azulejos
• Trabajo con azulejos: Diseño preciso, impermeabilización (por ejemplo, sistemas Schluter), corte e instalación con lechada
• Pintura: Preparación y acabado, incluyendo uso de pi***la y rodillo
• Plomería y electricidad básica: Conexión/desconexión, instalación de accesorios, trabajo en coordinación con subcontratistas con licencia
• Demolición: Retiro limpio y seguro con mínima interrupción

REMODELING FOREMAN

We’re a growing residential remodeling company looking for a dependable and experienced Foreman to help lead our job sites and deliver top-quality results. If you take pride in your work, know how to manage a crew, and can keep a project running smoothly, we want to talk to you!

✅ Trade Skills:
• Framing: Interior/exterior walls, ceilings, headers, and basic structural alterations
• Drywall: Hanging, taping, mudding, and patching
• Finish Carpentry: Trim, casing, crown molding, doors, cabinetry installs
• Flooring: Laminate, vinyl plank, tile setting
• Tile Work: Accurate layout, waterproofing (e.g., Schluter systems), cutting, and grouting
• Painting: Prep and finish, including spraying and back-rolling
• Basic Plumbing & Electrical: Disconnect/reconnects, fixture installation, working around licensed subs
• Demolition: Safe, clean tear-outs with minimal disruption

✅ Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication
• Professional attitude with clients and team
• Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented

As we said our final goodbyes the clients daughter comes up to us and hands us this letter her and her little brother wrote us, we were completely moved and were reminded why we pour our heart and soul into every project.
