It is so sad that the same people who talk about LEADERSHIP and FREEDOM
sometimes forget what those words truly mean.
Not everyone is meant to walk the same path.
And that’s okay.
What’s not okay is preaching growth
but criticizing it when it looks different.
That’s NOT leadership.
That’s CONTROL.
Growth is personal.
Support should be too.
At the end of the day, people will stay if it still makes sense, one way or another. Majority of the ones who stay can’t even genuinely feel the Leadership and Freedom you all are talking about.
If you truly support growth,
you support it—even when it looks different from yours.
