Here’s a look at one of our current arena projects in **Gainesville, Florida**.

At **Skipper Siteworks / Coast to Coast Covered Arenas**, we don’t just spread material until it “looks level.” We build arenas with the same precision and attention to grade that we bring to commercial sitework.

Our arena construction process focuses on:

• **Laser-controlled grading** to maintain precise elevations, consistent slope, and positive drainage
• **Proper lift thickness and compaction** so the base is built solid from the ground up
• Precise final grading before footing is installed
• Drainage designed into the arena instead of trying to fix water problems afterward
• Footing installed at a consistent depth across the entire riding surface

An arena can look perfect when it’s finished and still fail if the base underneath it wasn’t built correctly. Soft spots, inconsistent footing depths, standing water, rutting, and uneven compaction usually start with shortcuts during construction.

**We don’t build arenas by eye. We build them to grade.**

Through Coast to Coast Covered Arenas, customers can now work with one team for:

Have some of the machines and a new one back at the yard for maintenance and upgrades . Spent the week all over the state doing estimates but tomorrow is going to see upgrades for all of these machines. Very thankful for the support of our friends. If anyone needs more than 5 acres cleared give us a call.

With our laser grading machines we can produce laser perfect finishes quickly. We are excited about our partnership with Coast to Coast pole barns and are making sure everything is in top notch shape for their arena builds.

The pictures of todays job really dont do it justice. This large retention pond had grass in it 6 foot tall and very steep banks. Luckily our Seppi Finish mulcher chipped it up and was able to articulate and allow us to easily mow the steep banks. There were birds nesting around the standing water so we obviously left that area alone.This was a return client which makes it even better. If you need anything similar to this done give us a call.

We are excited to announce our partnership with our friends at Coast to Coast Pole Barns and will soon be offering full Arena and Barn packages.

Before and after rough grade for our arena barn project. It may not look like much to some but by cutting down the dirt on site and leveling it out to fix the 4 foot difference in height saved the owner 10s of thousands in dirt. We also removed multiple large rocks from the area and built a retaining wall.With our equipment we can move dirt very quickly and precisely even in tight spaces. We look forward to continuing this arena project in a few weeks after the barn in built and will post more about it. That area is currently exactly level and flat and after the construction of the barn we will go in and grade around the barn to create optimal drainage, our machines allow us to be so precise the drainage seems so minimal it makes it much easier to move around the area.If anybody is looking for a laser perfect arena give us a call.
