🏁 The GuidePost: Cohort I is complete. 🤭
And what was built…was not surface-level.
This cohort did not come to be inspired.
They came to examine how they operate — and they did the work.
Over five weeks, leaders:
✔ Aligned their values to their operations
✔ Named where their systems were out of order
✔ Built frameworks that move beyond intention
✔ Strengthened their authority with accountability
✔ Designed what it means to lead righteously in real time
And just as we had hoped and prayed for...
Those in the room finally took a moment to stop performing…and started building.
We would like to say to every participant in Cohort I —
Thank you for your discipline, your honesty, and your willingness to lead differently. You didn’t just complete a program.
You shifted your internal infrastructure.
