Whether youโ€™re heading to the park, going for a walk, running errands, or taking a road trip, little ones can get hungry very quickly. Having a few healthy snacks packed in your bag helps prevent meltdowns and keeps everyone happy.

I always try to bring easy options like fruit, crackers, yogurt pouches, or whatever my little one enjoys. Summer adventures are much more fun when a hungry toddler isnโ€™t part of the surprise! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Today I hosted a 2+ hour global team training with 127+ amazing participants from around the world. ๐Ÿ’ปโœจ

And I wonโ€™t sugarcoat itโ€ฆ I felt nervous in the beginning.

But I still showed up.

I still led.

I still grew through it. ๐ŸŒฑ
