DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT’S IN THE SMOKE?

Va**ng has changed, and if we’re going to protect and educate our youth, we have to change with it.

Sometimes what looks like a flash drive, highlighter, or everyday device may be something completely different. And simply telling our youth “Don’t do it” isn’t enough anymore.

We need to know what they’re seeing, what they’re being exposed to, the risks involved, and most importantly, how to have the conversation BEFORE there’s a problem.

One of the greatest gifts we can give a young person is the opportunity to find their people.

The people who make them feel seen instead of judged. The people who challenge them to grow without asking them to change who they are.
The people who celebrate their gifts instead of making them feel like they have to shrink to fit in.

Too many young people spend their lives trying to blend in, hiding their intelligence, their creativity, or their personality just to be accepted. But growth happens when they are in environments where they can be fully themselves.

As adults, parents, educators, and leaders, we have a responsibility to help create those spaces. Because when young people find a community where they belong, confidence grows, leadership develops, and purpose begins to flourish.

At D.O.P.E. Impact Solutions, we believe transformation doesn’t just happen through programs, it happens through connection. Sometimes, the right environment changes everything.

Because we've already been doing the work.

Long before D.O.P.E. Impact Solutions became a business, we were showing up through The D.O.P.E. Squad serving youth, strengthening families, and creating opportunities where many didn't exist.

We've mentored young people who simply needed someone to believe in them. We've helped students discover gifts they didn't know they had. We've partnered with schools, law enforcement, businesses, and community organizations because we understand that real change happens when we work together, not separately.

We've built leadership programs that challenge young people to see themselves differently. We've created workforce readiness experiences that prepare them for careers, not just jobs. We've walked alongside families, advocated for youth, and helped create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Now, D.O.P.E. Impact Solutions allows us to take everything we've learned and bring that same level of excellence to schools, organizations, agencies, businesses, and communities across the region.

For years, you’ve known me as the founder of The DOPE Squad Inc, a nonprofit committed to developing the next generation of leaders and creating meaningful change in our communities.

Today, I’m excited to officially introduce the next chapter of that mission…

D.O.P.E. Impact Solutions was created because I realized that lasting change doesn’t happen by working with youth alone. It happens when we strengthen the systems, families, schools, organizations, and communities that surround them.

At D.O.P.E. Impact Solutions, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. We believe in meeting people where they are, building real relationships, and creating strategies that transform lives, strengthen organizations, and empower communities.
