Another tar and gravel roof repair completed in Albuquerque!
This older roof had several leaks and signs of normal wear. Instead of fixing only the active leak areas, the homeowner decided to complete maintenance across the whole roof.
We repaired the pipes, vents, skylights, parapet wall cracks, canales, flashing, roof transitions, blisters, seams, and other weak areas.
Soon after the work was completed, we received a good rainfall in Albuquerque. The roof was tested naturally, and no leaks were reported.
