Due to the weather forecast, we will be moving this month's meeting format from in-person to virtual.

Our speaker, Jeff Gaines, will be presenting on The Three Drivers. The Three Drivers is a model of human behavior that explains how we process information and make choices.

The meeting will start at 12:00pm (noon), and you will be able to join via the Teams link.

We truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding with this change. We know adjusting plans can be difficult for everyone's schedules.

We’re looking forward to our March program on De‑Escalation Techniques! Join us on Wednesday, March 4th from 8:15–10:15 a.m. as we welcome Drew Moldenhauer and Rich Webb of Blue Ethos Specialized Training for an insightful and practical session.

This month, we’re offering a hybrid format with both in‑person and virtual attendance options. We strongly encourage joining us in person to best support our speakers and engage fully in the discussion. However, we understand that virtual participation may be the most convenient option for those traveling from farther away.

Huge thanks to our West Central MN SHRM Chapter Members who joined our recent 2025 August Social—it was refreshing to step away from the hustle and spend some quality time with an inspiring group of professionals.

In a field where we’re constantly supporting others, it was amazing to see our chapter members take a moment to connect, unwind, and recharge. Whether we were swapping stories, sharing laughs, or just enjoying the break, your presence made it special.

Here’s to building stronger networks, deeper friendships, and remembering that taking care of ourselves is just as important as taking care of others. Hope you all had a great time—you deserve it!
