Brian J White is a co-owner of Black Bear Automotive and has been part of the business since his freshman year of high school. What started as a young kid learning the trade has turned into a lifelong career built on hard work, dedication, and a passion for the automotive industry. Over the years, Brian has gained a wealth of hands-on experience and helped grow Black Bear Automotive into a trusted name in the community.
When he's not at the shop, Brian is a proud husband, devoted father, and avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, making the most of everything Maine has to offer. He also believes in giving back and volunteers with Springvale Fish & Game, helping support outdoor traditions and conservation efforts in the local community.
Known for his strong work ethic, sense of humor, and larger-than-life personality, Brian brings energy and authenticity to everything he does. Whether he's turning wrenches, spending time in the woods, or making people laugh, he's always fully invested. Around town, some may know him by another name—"Tom Tuckah."
In this episode, Brian joins us to talk about his journey through the automotive industry, life as a business owner, his love for the outdoors, and the experiences that have shaped who he is today. The 207 Collective Podcast is available on all major listening platforms.

3 years ago today, I released my very first podcast ever. I had a $20 gaming mic, sitting at a sh*tty little card table, talking to myself about jiu-jitsu in my basement. I remember how scary it was to put that out. I remember how excited I was the first time I got 20 downloads on an episode. Now, with close to 160 podcasts done, downloaded in 94 countries and over 1,500 towns and cities around the world, 9 sponsors, I've got to meet some amazing people and help some people out. I had no idea what this was going to look like, but it's pretty wild to look back at what it was just 3 years ago. Thank you, everyone who listens and supports; I appreciate you! Here's to another 3 years!

NEW EPISODE
This is the second episode recorded live from the first-ever Iron Network event at Iron Tails Saloon, where businesses, organizations, and community leaders came together for an incredible day of networking, fundraising, and supporting Camp Kita.
In this episode, we sit down with Angela Whitten from Stay For Life, an organization dedicated to raising awareness for men's mental health and encouraging open conversations about the struggles many men face. Angela shares the mission behind Stay For Life and why bringing attention to mental health is so important.
We also talk with Nathan Cochran of Seacoast Detailing, who shares how he got started in the detailing industry, the passion that drives his work, and what it takes to build a successful business doing something he loves.
Rounding out the episode is Michelle Morrow from Protection With a Purpose. Michelle discusses her line of self-defense products, the self-defense classes she teaches, and her mission to help people gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to better protect themselves.
This episode highlights three individuals making a positive impact in their communities through awareness, entrepreneurship, education, and empowerment. The 207 Collective Podcast is available on all major listening platforms.
