NEW EPISODE OUT NOW!!!!
Mike Magri is the owner of 4th Gen Barbershop in Sanford, Maine, but barbering for Mike is much more than a business—it’s a family tradition that goes back four generations.
With his roots tracing back to Sicily, Mike carries on a craft that has been passed down through his family, bringing generations of barbering tradition into a modern-day Sanford barbershop.
One of the things that makes 4th Gen unique is the people behind the chairs. Mike gives his barbers the freedom to be themselves, develop their own style, and bring their individual personalities and talents to the shop. The result is a crew with a mix of different barbering styles and personalities, giving customers a place where they can find something that fits them.
In this episode of The 207 Collective Podcast, we talk with Mike about his family’s Sicilian roots, the history behind 4th Gen Barbershop, his journey as a fourth-generation barber, and what it means to carry on a family tradition while still allowing the next generation to make it their own. The 207 Collective Podcast is available on all major listening platforms.

Steve Davies is back on The 207 Collective Podcast! Always great when a sponsor of the show drops by!!
Since the last time Steve joined us, a lot has changed at Jerry’s Market in Sanford. We caught up on the growth of the business, including their smoked meats, breakfast and lunch specials, and made-to-order sandwiches. Jerry’s Market has also added an agency liquor store, bringing even more to the local community.
But this conversation goes beyond what’s new at the market. Steve and I talked about the things he’s learned since our last conversation—the challenges of running a business, the lessons that come with growth, and what it takes to keep moving forward.
It was great having Steve back and getting the chance to hear what’s happening behind the scenes at Jerry’s Market.

3 YEARS OF THE 207 COLLECTIVE PODCAST!

Three years ago, I started this podcast with no idea where it would take me.

Three years later… I’m honestly blown away.

120 great conversations.
97+ countries.
Over 1,590 cities and territories around the world.
And 8 amazing sponsors who have believed in this podcast and supported us along the way.

But the numbers aren’t what mean the most to me.

It’s the people.

The incredible guests who have sat across from me and shared their stories, their struggles, their successes, their businesses, their passions, and sometimes some of the hardest moments of their lives.

It’s the people I’ve met along the way who I never would have crossed paths with otherwise.

And most importantly, it’s the messages.

The messages from listeners telling us that a guest’s story helped them, inspired them, gave them hope, made them laugh when they needed it, or simply made them realize they weren’t alone.

That’s what makes all of this worth it.

I’ve been incredibly blessed to have some truly amazing people come through the podcast. Many of them have gone on to help others, make a difference in their communities, build incredible businesses, overcome unbelievable challenges, and inspire people far beyond the walls of our studio.

And I’m incredibly grateful that I’ve gotten a front-row seat to those stories.

To every guest who trusted me enough to sit down and have a conversation — thank you.

To everyone who has listened, watched, shared an episode, sent a message, recommended a guest, or simply told a friend about the podcast — thank you.

To our incredible sponsors — thank you for believing in us and helping make this possible. Your support means more than you know.

And to everyone who has been part of this journey over the last three years…

This isn't the finish line.

We’re not slowing down.

There are still a LOT of stories to tell, people to meet, conversations to have, and lives to hopefully impact along the way.

Three years down.

We’re just getting started.

Thank you all for being part of The 207 Collective Podcast.

Here’s to the next chapter.
