I posted this piece about someone offering to advise a school teacher about how to lead students in a Muslim prayer, because we all know that when the majority members of SCOTUS spoke about the right to have a teacher or coach etc. lead students in prayer, we know that those six SCOTUS members meant was specifically a Christian prayer not prayer in general. These six members and their hypocritical supporters only value what they consider to be the only "true" form of prayer which basically means that they are bigots who do not respect other religions. The best way of addressing this hypocrisy is to call people out whenever they are flaunting their hate-based hypocrisy, which is kind of like holding up a humongous magnifying glass with a bright spot light on it, so that even they will find it it a little hard to not recognize their own hypocrisy. If any public school teacher wants to learn the Islamic call to prayer, i.e. the Adhaan, let me know.

Hello everyone, This Meet Up group was created by Gerri Ratigan and myself. I am the owner of CATALYSTS FOR CHANGE -CONSULTING AND TRAINING ASSOCIATES, and Gerri is the owner THE AUTHENTIC VOICE. Gerri and I realized that given a lot of the darkness and negativity that many people are experiencing lately, there is a major need for a supportive community where people can receive and give support to one another, share a bit about what they do in their personal, professional or business life and socialize with positive, like-minded, other supportive people and just have some fun! Our group is relatively new, so there is a lot of opportunity to contribute your own good ideas in order to make the group a vibrant, inspirational circle of people who are on a path of personal development and creative growth.. Also remember, that as with other Meet Up groups if you're interested in attending any of the groups, you will need to create a Meet Up Group account, (similar to creating a FACEBOOK account but easier,) Once you have created your Meet Up account, you will look for our group

Tomorrow Tuesday June 28, is Primary Day. It is important that everyone vote! You will be voting for NYS Governor and Lt Governor and other key elected offices. Please don't think voting doesn't matter. It does! Please don't think your vote doesn't count, it does! Please don't think you don't have time. Polls open early and depending on where you live, polls close at 8 or 9 P.M. Do you know your polling location? It is based on your address and also your school district. You can call your County Board of Election your County Clerk or City or Town clerk. The Albany Times Union often has basic Election info including any propositions that are being considered for a vote. Public Libraries are a great source of objective info at least here in the Capital District. If you have any concerns about the direction America is heading, you really must vote because local government is now having a major impact on all our civil rights and freedoms. Remember that veterans have also sacrificed their lives for our right to vote. Please don't squander your right to express your beliefs and vote your conscience. Many blessings

3:00 A.M. Tuesday morning in Guilderland Center and it's snowing. We already have a couple of inches. The Guilderland plows and "sanders" are on the job, our taxes at work! Btw even though I wish it were much warmer, it is a pretty snow fall.
