CFL Doulas CFL Doulas is here to serve all of the families of Central FL with love, compassion and an open mind.

We have a flat rate of $1,500 for full comprehensive Doula support from highly trained and experienced Doulas. Each Doula who serves through CFL Doulas took an extensive 18 month mentorship/apprenticeship style training program through the In Joy Birth mentorship program, learning hands on through seasoned experts. They each practiced for several years and have served dozens of families before joi

ning CFL Doulas. We believe in building better, more effective Doulas through adequate training and support and guidance. The Doulas are trained to be part of the birthing team and not us vs. them and have great working relationships with the staff and hospitals in CFL as well as the out of hospital community. Tell us where to show up, how to best support you and we'll take care of the rest. You get to pick your Doula and her back up, just in case, for a flat rate fee of only $1,500 for 2 extensive prenatal visits, all of the labor and birth and 2 postpartum visits to ensure support through your entire journey. We offer placenta services, childbirth education classes, postpartum/night nanny care & everything in between.

Aaliyah Savage is an undergraduate student in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Georgia working in the Maternal and Child Nutrition Lab. Her current research focuses on the association between maternal physical activity during pregnancy and pregnancy and infant outcomes.

As part of this study, she will be surveying postpartum mothers (within six months of delivery) to gather relevant data. If you are interested and qualify, please reach out to her to sign up.
