Please be advised that anyone attending via Zoom must submit their proxies no later than Tuesday at 4:00 PM to be counted toward the quorum. You can email your completed proxy to Jessi at [email protected] or give it directly to the person you appoint as your proxy holder.

Additionally, please remember that each owner will be given 3 minutes to speak on matters on the agenda. This protocol is outlined in Section 5 of the bylaws.

IMPORTANT POOL UPDATE

We are pleased to inform you that the pool is reopening.

FOR OWNERS WHO ARE REGISTERED ON THE PORTAL, you will get an email sometime this week (possibly today or yesterday) from Brivo.

This email will include instructions to download the Brivo app on your phone which will give you access to the pool keypad. If you don't get an email from Brivo by end of week, email [email protected]. (Please search spam folder before contacting)

Once installed, the app will allow you to create a digital pass on your phone to access the pool area, replacing the physical card system. Please note that these upgrades were implemented to enhance security at the pool. The new system will enable the HOA to monitor access usage for damage control, and any damages will be charged to the responsible party. If you notice any damage at any time, please report it to Jessi immediately so she can log it and identify the responsible individual.

Additionally, all activities at the pool will now be under surveillance via a new camera system. Anyone caught jumping the fences or trespassing will have the police contacted. If minors are involved, pictures may be taken and shared with local schools for identification.

We are only missing approximately 30 email addresses, and management is actively working with those owners to collect their contact information.

Thank you for your patience during this transition. We understand it has been a long process, but the board’s priority is to protect your investment in the safest and most effective manner possible.

Hello Neighbors,

One of our residents recently placed an order with Sams club or 6 twelve-packs of Celsius beverages, which were intended for their food truck. While the tracking information shows the package as delivered, they have not received it. It’s possible the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address within the community.
If anyone has received this package by mistake, please let us know so we can get it to the rightful owner.

Dear Residents,
As we approach the fall and winter season, we appreciate everyone's enthusiasm for celebrating the upcoming holidays. To ensure that our community remains aesthetically pleasing and safe for all residents, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines for outdoor decorations and signage:

Outdoor decorations are permitted to be displayed up to 30 days prior to the holiday and should be promptly removed within 20 days after the holiday has passed. This will help maintain the overall appearance of our community and prevent any potential hazards associated with prolonged display of outdoor decorations.

Additionally, we would like to remind all residents that our community is sign-free, and no signs of any kind are allowed within the community premises. This includes but is not limited to commercial signs, advertising signs, and all other types of signage. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this rule.

Your cooperation in following these guidelines is greatly appreciated and will contribute to fostering a harmonious and visually appealing environment within our community.
