When I met with a lawyer about my experience, I realized how difficult it can be to evaluate workplace harm when it does not fit a simple or obvious narrative. I didn't have the language to describe what had happened, and the questions seemed focused on clear, unmistakable violations. What I experienced was more gradual. It involved smaller incidents, shifting dynamics, and repeated patterns that accumulated over time. The harm was real, but it was harder to explain because it was not centered on a single event.

That experience is why I created RightDesk Reports. Showing up to work was becoming harder day by day, and I knew there had to be others experiencing the same thing. Too often, employees are left trying to make sense of ongoing workplace harm without a clear way to document, organize, or communicate it effectively. Work should not become a source of ongoing emotional strain because of poor leadership, ignored concerns, or unhealthy workplace patterns.
